We provide support on websites that we build and maintain. We work exclusively on WordPress, the best CMS on the market. Also, our developers are experts on it.

What types of website tasks do you accept?

Our team is experienced in all aspects of WordPress. We do not offer assistance with deeper development and external modifications such as custom scripts, APIs, or custom app development.

What is considered a website support task?

Keep support task descriptions short and simple to avoid confusion.

It is recommended to break down each task into the smallest possible part that makes sense.

Example 1: if you need two pages created with different templates, you would submit a task request for each page because it is the smallest viable piece.

Example 2: Say you need multiple changes to your homepage. You wanted a main navigation button link replaced, change the hero background image, and a footer link added.

You would submit each task as a single request:
